Setting up Grid Display in WP e-Commerce Dealing with Fatal Error

I am in the process of setting up an e-Commerce Gold Cart for a client who wants to use grid view. Now as I’ve said before this is a wonderful “plugin” (really it’s an extensive plugin) but if you want support you are either going to have to pay for it or count on the kindness of people who have gone before you and spend time on the forum. So when I ran across this problem:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpsc_product_url() in grid_display_functions.php on line 47

I was really glad to find a link to this post by MichaelWender who had dissected the problem and figured out the bit of code that was need to fix the problem. The actual code comes from Instinct’s beta 3.6 version of their shopping cart which makes you wonder why they didn’t go back and stick it in the current version, but hey what are you going to do? Here’s what you need to do.

and stick it in the product_display_functions.php file. If that seems daunting to you because you don’t usually work with code don’t let it be. Find the file in the main folder of wp-shopping cart. Open it, insert your cursor behind ”
